CHAMPAGNE EXTRA BRUT
A blend of the three Champagne varieties, but mostly made of Pinot Meunier. This batch has been in our cellar for 3 years before disgorging and for 8 to 12 months after capping. This more brut and “natural” champagne fully releases the aromas of a wine at its peak, thanks to its specific dosage of only 4g/l (sugar).
- Varieties: 75% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir
- Blend of the 2015 (60%) and 2014/2013 harvests.
- Bottled in April 2016
- Disgorging: 8 to 12 months before commercialization
- Dosage: 4g/l traditional liqueur

In the Champagne area
on the way to the Vallée de la Marne (Marne Valley)
Not far from Dormans, a stone's throw from the famous vineyards of Epernay, clinging to the hillside, is Festigny, a village in the Champagne “Vallée de la Marne” appellation, cradle of our family House. Since 1750, Festigny has witnessed our history and our winemaking know-how, generation after generation.
